This company is the real deal! I explained my situation after a solar company did a poor job repairing my roof when uninstalling the panels. He insoectrd my roof within 6 hours of contacting him and completed the repair the very next day.

Aubrey Whaley the owner of this company is such a professional, upright, honest, moral man and it was an absolute pleasure working with him! He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that meant so much considering we had a lot of insurance issues. I highly recommend him and all the people who work for him. They left my home and yard spotless and were on time with each project! You can't go wrong relying on him for your roofing needs!

AWC came to my recuse! I had exterior damage to my roof as well as interior damage to my ceiling. My insurance company denied my claim on two occasions and I felt defeated. Fortunately, AWC was able to educate me on my rights as the insured and assisted with an appraisal on demand. Less than a week later, my claim was approved and funds released. I highly recommend AWC for all of your home remodeling needs. So, thankful that I did!

We love our new roof and wish we had installed this type of roof when we first built! We were extremly pleased with the whole process and very highly recommend AWC Roofing & Restoration. Pricing was excellent and did not change, they met the established timeline and had the roof completed within a week from starting, and communication was always timely and professional. The work site was cleaned daily with extra care going into ensuring that no nails, metal pieces, or trash were left anywhere on the property. Our gutters were carefully removed and professionally reinstalled. The stone coated steel shingles come with a 50 year warranty and AWC Roofing & Restoration included a labor warranty as well. Working with a local company was very important to us and we are very happy that we choose AWC Roofing & Restoration.

Very professional and prompt. They removed an old satellite from my roof that belonged to a previous owner. It took less than an hour and put tarp on the roof. They came back within a couple days and finished. Spot where the satellite had ripped up is brand new again.

Can't recommend AWC enough! Aubrey worked with us (and several other members of my family) for roof replacements. He is friendly, timely, professional, thorough, and very fairly priced. He helped us with the entire process of filing a claim with our insurance, selecting what roof was best, and scheduling around our time. Our entire roof replacement was done in about half a day and he made sure we received the best service and product on the market. My grandmother had her insurance claim rejected several times prior to working with Aubrey. He made sure all damages were reported completely and was able to get her claim fully approved as well. We will continue to use AWC for any future projects that we can!

Aubrey did a great job working with my insurance company and great job on my roof. The insurance company initially didn’t want to cover an entirely new roof, but Aubrey showed them why it was necessary and he was persistent with them, and ultimately they agreed to fund a new roof. Aubrey’s communication with me was always prompt, consistent, professional, and friendly. When there were side “damages” (all fixable) due to the roofing, Aubrey did not hesitate to fix any issues. He also did some extra work I requested at a reasonable price. If I ever have roofing needs again in the future, I will definitely seek Aubrey’s service again. 5/5 stars, and I’d recommend him to any of my friends without hesitation.

Last week’s winds did a number on our roof, but Aubrey and his crew came out within an hour of our call this morning, gave us a great and fair estimate, and had it fixed before the afternoon! They did great work quickly. We would definitely call them again. I’d give more stars if I could!

Mr Whaley responded quickly during a hail storm. He made temporary repairs and arranged mediation with our insurance company (they did not want to pay the claim) and once approved, his team completed the work efficiently. At the same time we enclosed a "sunroom". His team framed and finished it in a matter of days. Prior, It was hideous, out dated, and drafty. Now it is solid and cozy. The added square footage is a blessing. When we convert our 1985 garden tub to a walk in shower this will be our contractor. He stays in touch, keeps his word and the work is top notch. Good contractors are hard to find. Ones that are honest are even more difficult.

We put our house on the market and during option period our potential buyers brought to our attention that the roof needed some repairs. I called awc roofing and they were able to squeeze us in SAME day to expedite getting us out of option period! 👏🏻 they were professional and efficient. Sent pictures to verify the work done. I would like to brag about the extremely good service that I got from Aubrey Whaley. He is the son of a friend of mine from church. I am a Realtor, and I’ve been in business approximately 25 years, I have used many roofers over the years. I find that Aubrey is a stand out in the business due to the fact that I received service within 48 hoursof a call to him. It was any evaluation of a roof that was necessary to make a real estate deal work. He promptly responded and gave me an excellent evaluation and a good education because I met him at the property to learn more about the roof in this hundred-year-old house. He is extremely knowledgeable about how historic homes were built, and how this metal roof currently on it is performing. He by far goes above and beyond in his work. I highly recommend him and his company.

A windstorm came thru and did significant damage to my house. Luckily I was put in contact with AWC roofing. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my roof but they also were able to repair damaged siding and replace the gutters and ac unit. I highly recommend AWC Roofing and will absolutely use them again.

After reading all these five star reviews, I have to say, I agree! Insurance companies are confusing and frustrating for the average person. Thankfully, Aubrey has experience and got mine accepted. He was fast with immediate storm repairs. I selected a premium roof and it is aesthetically pleasing. He has excellent and reliable teams. They are respectful and hard working After the job was completed there was not one piece of trash left behind The best part of working with Aubrey...he is honest. His prices were reasonable He is dependable He communicates often and I never wondered when they were coming. I live two counties from his office and he still made it to my house by 7 am I highly recommend this contractor
